Terms of Service

IndoorSpaces (“we”, “us”) is an AI-powered interior redesign tool. You upload a photo of a room, choose a style, and we generate redesign concepts, variations and refinements of that room, along with design details and planning estimates. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Every redesign image is generated by artificial intelligence. The results are artistic visualizations intended for inspiration and planning — they are not photographs of a real space, construction documents, or architectural plans.

We work hard to preserve your room’s geometry — windows, doors, proportions and the elements you ask us to keep — but preservation is best-effort and not guaranteed. Dimensions, materials and products shown in a concept may not exist or may differ in reality.

Cost estimates produced by IndoorSpaces are preliminary planning estimates only and are not contractor bids. Actual project costs vary based on location, labor, materials, site conditions, permits and contractor pricing. Always obtain written quotes from licensed professionals before committing to any work.

IndoorSpaces operates on credits. New accounts receive a one-time welcome grant. Credits are spent on generations, alternate concepts and refinements, and are automatically refunded when a generation fails on our side.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices are shown before you buy. Except where required by law, completed purchases are final; unused credits do not expire while your account remains active.

You retain all rights to the photographs you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the service — analyzing the room, generating designs, and displaying the results back to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Share links you create make the specific shared design viewable by anyone with the link. You can stop sharing by deleting the link or the project.

Don’t upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; don’t attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service; and don’t use generated imagery to mislead (for example, presenting a concept as a real photograph in a listing where disclosure is required).

To keep the service fast and fair for everyone, we enforce reasonable usage limits (upload size, daily project and edit counts). Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deletion removes your profile, projects, generated designs, revisions and uploaded photos from active systems.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndoorSpaces is not liable for decisions made based on generated imagery or estimates, nor for indirect or consequential damages.
