What we collect
Account data. Your email address and, if you provide them, your name and location preferences.
Your photos and briefs. The room photos you upload and the design choices you make (room type, styles, moods, instructions, edits).
Usage events. Anonymous or account-linked product events (for example “project created”) that help us understand and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service: analyzing your room, generating designs, producing estimates, maintaining your dashboard, and processing purchases. We also use aggregated, non-identifying usage information to improve quality and reliability.
Image storage and retention
Uploaded photos and generated designs are stored in private storage and served back to you through short-lived signed URLs. They are never public unless you explicitly create a share link — and a share link exposes only that specific design, never your account, email or other projects.
We retain your photos and designs until you delete the project or your account. Deleting your account removes your stored images, projects and designs from active systems.
AI processing
To generate your redesigns, your room photo and design brief are sent to the AI providers that power the service, solely for that purpose. We do not use your photos to advertise to you, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Sharing
Share links are bearer links: anyone who has the link can view that specific design until the link or project is deleted. Treat them like you would a forwarded photo.
Your rights
You can view, download and delete your data. Download designs from your project pages; delete individual projects from your dashboard; delete your entire account — photos, projects, designs and profile — from Dashboard → Account. For anything else, email hello@indoorspaces.cc.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is governed by row-level security so users can only reach their own data, and payment processing (when enabled) is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
